Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalized items

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.


2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email support@simbasale.shop with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).


4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please follow the instructions provided after your return request is approved.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the item’s value is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product is not returned in its original condition.

  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery.

  • The item was purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion.
